The Chicago Torture Justice Center coordinates a Survivor and Family Member Speakers Bureau where survivors and family members can share their personal testimony about their experiences and perspective regarding incarceration, the mobilization for reparations campaign, and the ongoing work at the Center.

Members of the speakers bureau regularly speak at universities, high schools, elementary schools, and at community and church groups. Our Guiding Principles may help you get an idea of how the Speakers Bureau might fit in with your organization.

If you are interested and would like to request a speaker, please fill out the form below and provide three weeks’ notice to arrange for a speaker to visit your school or organization.
